Our Journey

The Story Behind Our Coffee

MSG's inaugural business venture was launched in 2001 E.C. in the Kaffa Zone, Gimbo Woreda, within the Yabegicha Walaga Kebele. For an extended period of 11 years, the company faced various challenges that hindered active coffee production. In 2012 E.C, recognizing the potential for growth and renewal, MSG made a strategic decision to re-establish its operations. Since then, the company has focused on cultivating high-quality; organic coffee, adhering to stringent export standards for specialty coffees over the past five years.

Today, MSG proudly holds certification from the Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority, positioning itself as a reputable supplier of organic specialty coffee for the global market. Our commitment to quality and excellence in coffee production reflects our dedication to meeting international standards and satisfying the diverse preferences of coffee enthusiasts worldwide, ensuring that our organic offerings not only deliver exceptional flavor but also promote sustainable agricultural practices.

Coffee Seedling Production

In addition to our premium coffee bean production, we maintain a state-of-the-art nursery where we cultivate coffee seedlings. Our seedlings are grown from carefully selected seeds of our highest-performing coffee plants, ensuring genetic excellence and superior yields.

We use sustainable growing practices and organic inputs to produce healthy, vigorous seedlings that are well-adapted to local growing conditions. These seedlings are available to local farmers and for our own plantation expansion, contributing to the sustainability and growth of Ethiopian coffee production.
